Return Requirements

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after the order delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

• Remain unused and unopened
• Be in the original packaging
• Include all included accessories or components
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products may not be eligible for return.

Refund Process
